We recommend priming the pump.

Here's how to prime the pump:

1) Put the cap on the bottle and tap it upright on a hard surface 10 times

2) Take off the cap and hold the bottle so you can pump with your thumb.

3) Pump as you tilt the bottle back and forth. It should dispense in 20 pumps or less.

This should resolve the issue, but if you are still unable to get the product to dispense, please contact us for a replacement.
