Can I return my box?Updated 2 months ago

Yes! If you have not opened your box, here are the return options. 

 Returns of Unopened Products  

  • Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.  
  • You must provide a picture of your return for our review and receive approval from a Tiege Hanley Customer Experience Agent prior to shipping your return.  
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tiege Hanley does not provide prepaid return labels.  
  • Approved returns will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee based on the total of your order, less shipping.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  
  • If your order renews on subscription, your renewals can be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipping.


Non-Eligible Items 

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return unless otherwise approved.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. 


Shipping Fees 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Contact our team at [email protected], and we will provide a return address for you.

When we receive your return, we will issue the refund of your eligible products. Please allow 3–5 days for refunds to process.

All refunds go back to the original payment method used on the order.
