Attention! Be sure to provide the new address in your message!

For Paid Orders 

IMPORTANT: Only customer support can update a paid address.

If your order has an order number, it's a paid order.

To update the address for a paid order, start a chat and let us know the new address. Paid orders are exported to the shipping software and are no longer editable in the account dashboard.

Upcoming Orders

1. From your account, click Address & Payment Details.
2. Then click Manage Addresses to update your address.
3. When you're done, be sure to click "Save changes."

Note: Any subscription must be active to edit the shipping address. To open up controls click Reactivate if your subscription is inactive. You will not be charged when the subscription is reactivated.
