You will get a tracking email within 1 business day of ordering. Check the tracking link for the current status of your shipment, as well as estimated delivery.

Once the package has left our facility in Chicago, it typically takes 5–7 days for delivery, sometimes faster depending on your location. 

Asendia picks up your box from our warehouse. The parcel arrives in Europe and is delivered by DPD for most locations. 

Use the DPD tracking link for further insights. You can track your package and make delivery arrangements with DPD.

Your country's post office will deliver to some countries and locations.
