Return Policy
Returns of Unopened Products
- Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- You must provide a picture of your return for our review and receive approval from a Tiege Hanley Customer Experience Agent prior to shipping your return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tiege Hanley does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Approved returns will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee based on the total of your order, less shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order renews on subscription, your renewals can be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipping.
Non-Eligible Items
Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return unless otherwise approved. Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to update their address prior to their next scheduled shipment. Tiege Hanley is not responsible for losses resulting from repeated shipments to an address that was not corrected.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and up to date at the time an order or subscription renewal is processed.
- If an order is shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer and is returned to Tiege Hanley as undeliverable:
- A refund may be issued for the first returned shipment only, at our discretion.
- Subsequent shipments sent to the same invalid address are not eligible for refunds, even if returned to us.
- Any approved refund will exclude original shipping charges and may be subject to restocking or processing fees.
- Orders can be reshipped to a new address for the price of standard shipping.
Additional Notes
- All returns must be approved by our customer support team prior to being sent back.
- We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or repeated claims.
- Tiege Hanley reserves the right to deny any refund.
